Woodland Street 4 -PUBLIC

LANDSCAPE DESIGN: I will work with you to assure I have a full understanding of your design needs; whether they are to renovate an existing landscape or to design a new one.  It is your property and I want your vision to move us toward the outcome.  I can provide master plans for your property, or garden design for smaller areas. In addition to design, planting plans, construction documents and plant information sheets are also available. The above services provided at an hourly fee.

The Process –

  • At our first meeting we will walk through your landscape together, and discuss how you see your outdoor spaces.
  • Once the scope is agreed upon, you will be provided with a proposal for the design phase of the project.
  • Upon approval, I will return to measure and analyze the site, and then begin work on preliminary designs and budgets.
  • We will review these together and incorporate suggested revisions.
  • Final designs will be completed and the budget updated accordingly so that you are ready for your installation phase.

PROJECT COORDINATION/INSTALLATION: Garden Rooms Landscape Design offers full coordination of your design installation with approved crews. This ensures your design is completed in the way it was intended, and also frees you, the homeowner, from having to oversee each aspect of the project coordination and installation. I take the worry off your shoulders, and make sure it is done correctly. This service is provided on a percentage or hourly basis.

DESIGN WALK-THROUGH CONSULTATION: This service includes up to 3 hours of time, with up to 2 site visits. This may include onsite consultation time with you, shopping for plant material, or email/phone correspondence. A summary letter of what was discussed and an accompanying plant list will be provided at the completion. Note: no plans are included in this service. This service is provided for a flat rate fee.

STAGING: I offer a staging service for homeowners who might be considering selling their home. It includes a walk-through hour with you, a written one-page summary of suggestions, and two hours of pruning/ planting. Note: Moving or planting of items other than perennial containers will be an additional fee. This does not include the purchase of any plant material, however you may request this service for an additional hourly fee. This service is provided for a flat rate fee.

Additional coordination offered for seasonal container design or irrigation installation and may be arranged for an hourly fee.
